The Greenway Kia “Say It Your Way” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Greenway Kia of Rivergate, Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow and Greenway Kia of Franklin, located at: Rivergate - 1536 Gallatin Pike N, Madison, TN 37115; Hickory Hollow -5406 Target Dr, Antioch, TN 37013; Franklin - 1413 Murfreesboro Rd, Franklin, TN 37067 (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion consists of two prize tiers: (a) an Instant Prize tier, in which the first 75 eligible entrants (25 per location) per calendar month during the promotion period will each receive a $50 gas gift card, and all subsequent eligible entrants will each receive a 25% Off Service Certificate (maximum value $150); and (b) a Grand Prize Drawing, in which one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on December 31,2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”). The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted on January 6, 2027.
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the State of Tennessee who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Limited to one entry per household.
During the Promotion Period, you may enter by any ONE of the following methods. You may enter only once per method, for a maximum of one (1) entry total. Duplicate entries beyond the allowed limit will be void. Method 1: Social Media: Follow Sponsor’s official social media account at GreenwayKiaNashville and like or share the official Promotion post and post a video saying “We Wanna See Ya In A Greenway Kia”. Tag must be visible and account must remain public through the Promotion Period. Method 2: In-Store Entry: Visit Sponsor’s location at one of the three locations address detailed in the Promotion Overview section above during normal business hours and complete a paper entry form; a request will be made for the entrant to record the “We Wanna See Ya In A Greenway Kia” video on location. All entries must be legibly completed. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter for Grand Prize (for clarification: AMOE does not enter applicant for the $50 gas card or subsequent gift) without using any of the above methods, mail a 3″ x 5″ index card with your full name, address, email address, phone number, and date of birth to: Greenway Kia “Say It Your Way” Giveaway, one of the three locations address detailed in the Promotion Overview section above. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person. AMOE entries must be postmarked by December 31,2026 at 11:59pm and received within five (5) days thereafter. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
The first seventy-five (75) eligible entries received and verified during the Promotion Period each calendar month that visit the Sponsors location to collect their prize will each receive one (1) $50 gas gift card (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $50.00 each; total ARV of all gas gift card prizes: $15,000.00). Once 75 gas gift cards have been awarded each calendar month, no further gas gift cards will be available. Availability is first-come, first-served based on the date and time the entry is received and verified by Sponsor. Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions of the card issuer. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards once delivered.
All eligible entrants who submit a valid entry after the first 75 gas gift cards per calendar month have been awarded that visit the Sponsors location to collect their prize will receive one (1) 25% Off Service Certificate (the “Certificate”). The Certificate entitles the holder to 25% off a single qualifying service offered by Sponsor. ARV of Certificate varies based on service selected and will not exceed $150. Certificate is subject to separate terms and conditions issued by Sponsor, including but not limited to expiration date, eligible services, and restrictions. Certificate has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, regardless of Instant Prize status. The Grand Prize is a new 2026 Kia K4 LXS, Stk# TE374954 with an Approximate Retail Value of $24,825.00. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or around [January 6, 2027 by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize conditions: Winner must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and proof of insurance. Winner is responsible for all taxes, insurance, registration fees, fuel, maintenance, and any other costs associated with the vehicle. If winner cannot satisfy the requirements an alternate winner will be chosen.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitution of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving any prize with an ARV of $600 or more. Total ARV of all prizes: $39,825 (plus value of 25% Off Service Certificates distributed).
The Grand Prize potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to return documents within the required time period, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, opinions, and hometown for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, review, or approval.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liability arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion and contacting winners, future marketing efforts by the sponsor, and will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties except as necessary to administer the Promotion. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information as described herein.
